炭化タングステンローラーリングは、高い硬度と耐摩耗性を備えた炭化タングステンとコバルトで構成される冶金工具の一種です。 強度、耐久性、寿命が重要となる用途での使用に最適です。 炭化タングステンローラーの性能は、結合相金属の含有量とマトリックス相（炭化タングステン粉末粒子）のサイズに関連しています。異なる結合剤含有量と対応する炭化タングステン粒子サイズにより、異なる炭化物グレードが形成されます。 金属結合剤の含有量を増やしたり、炭化タングステンの粒径を大きくすると、超硬合金の硬度が低下し、靱性が増加する。 炭化タングステン (WC) は鋼鉄の 2 倍の強度があり、硬度はコランダムに似ています。 タングステンカーバイドローラーは、優れた硬度と耐磨耗性を兼ね備えており、幅広いサイズをご用意しています。 お客様の仕様に応じてフライス加工も可能です。 耐摩耗性が高く、長寿命であり、高速回転時の高効率という利点があります。
